OUR THREE STEP PROCESS
Whether it's your first time asking for help or you're exhausted trying to finally find the right place, we're here to help you all along the way.
First things first:
We need to connect with you. You can call us or you can email us and we'll call you! If we don't answer, leave a VM or come back here and send an email. We'll get back quickly. We don't return calls without an email or a VM due to high solicitations.
NOTE: Exist California will begin reviewing submissions April 2023 and no sooner.
STEP ONE — You + Us
Pre-Admission + Program Fees
Not everyone is a right fit for Exist California. Our Care Team specializes in the treatment of Gen-Z and Millennials who are experiencing substance use disorders with specific co-occurring conditions such as personality difficulties and neurodiversities like ADHD.
A thorough pre-assessment is completed prior to admission to ensure our program can meet your immediate safety needs. If a higher or lower level of care is more appropriate for you, we will assist in placing you.
STEP TWO — Just us
Clinical + CM Approval
Before you begin treatment, our Clinical Director will review your treatment goals, presenting symptoms, and personal preferences in order to design the ideal Care Team collaboration.
At this stage you have been approved for our level of outpatient treatment and we are reviewing your specific case to match you with appropriate in-house and referral providers trained to help you meet your treatment goals.
STEP THREE — Just us
Care Team Assignment
Once your Care Team is assigned, your Pre-Admission Assessment is sent to the team to review and prep for your arrival on your first day.
During your first days of treatment you can expect to meet with someone from your Care Team and experience group sessions with the current cohort.
Don't worry, we will give you space, help you get comfortable, and let you take your time.
