An eight-week clinical curriculum.
THE EXIST MODEL
Choosing a treatment center can be stressful. We've summarized the Exist Model to help you understand which topics and skills may be addressed in our program.
Our clients immerse themselves in our intimate, 8-week rotating clinical curriculum that ensures an integrative psychoeducation schedule and well-rounded overall treatment plan. Each week at Exist clients experience various evidence-based interventions that combine their specific symptoms and the week's assigned topic.
The Curriculum
Our Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs combine interventions from evidence-based protocols including Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mentalization-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (multiple types), Somatic Experiencing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to create a robust eight-week curriculum. Each week focuses on one of Exist's core curriculum pillars: Physiology, Safety and Security, Unconscious Patterns, Relapse and Regression, Self-Esteem, Health-Related Social Needs, Community, and Self-Actualization.
