A rotating eight-week clinical curriculum.
THE EXIST MODEL
Choosing an outpatient treatment program can be stressful. We've summarized the Exist Model to help you understand which topics and skills may be addressed in our program.
Our clients immerse themselves in our intimate, 8-week rotating clinical curriculum that ensures an integrative psychoeducation schedule and a well-rounded overall treatment plan. Each week at Exist, clients experience various evidence-based interventions that combine their specific concerns and the week's assigned topic.
The Outpatient Curriculum
Our virtual intensive outpatient programs combine interventions from evidence-based protocols including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Existential Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Systems Theory to create a robust eight-week curriculum. Each week's group psychotherapy sessions focus on one of Exist's core curriculum pillars: Safety and Security, Physiology, Unconscious Patterns, Regression and Relapse, Self-Esteem, Health-Related Social Needs, Community, and Self-Actualization.
The program includes 9 to 15 hours of therapeutic group sessions per week.
Psychiatric evaluation and ongoing assessment is available for those seeking pharmacological support during their treatment program.
Measurable outcomes and feedback-responsive care is important to us. We support you by tracking your progress using scheduled, evidence-based screenings, assessments, and in-house surveys to mark what's working and what our next steps should be.
