Courtney built Exist for people who need trauma, personality-disorder, and dual-diagnosis care, and refuse to be treated as a chart first.

Expert-led means the person who founded the clinic still holds the model. Most people arrive with more than one of these, and the plan holds all of it, not a referral out.

A 12-step hallway

Full day, half day, or the hour.

You go home at night, or to Truth House in Laguna Canyon if you are already in the program. Insurance does not cover the house.

  1. PHP

    Full day, five days.

    Four groups, a session with your own therapist, and lunch in the house, not a cafeteria line.

    Half day, three to five days.

    Morning or afternoon, then the rest of the day is yours. IOP is also available virtually, on a secure video call.

    Weekly 1:1.

    In person or on video when a program day is more than you need. No group block.
