A program at Exist is a level of care, not a brand of therapy. PHP is the full clinical day. IOP is the same model on half days. Outpatient is 1:1 when a program day is more than you need. Dual diagnosis is how the clinic reads trauma, personality, and use in the same week.

Treatment approach

  1. Partial hospitalization

    Full clinical days. No overnight hospital stay. Optional Truth House for the night.

  2. Intensive outpatient

    Half days, three to five a week. Same clinic as PHP. Mornings or afternoons.
