How substance use sits in a PHP or IOP week.

A substance-use IOP or PHP day at Exist runs the whole model. Group for the pattern. 1:1 for the history. Body work for the craving that is still in the nervous system. Trauma work when that is what sits under the relief. Psychiatry when medication is part of it. Lunch is in the house, not a cafeteria line. You go home at night — or to Truth House if you are already in the program and home is far or not the right night. The day is not an addiction track down the hall. Trauma and personality sit in the same groups when they are part of the week.
