Who virtual IOP is for
When you need half days of care from home.
Virtual intensive outpatient is built for adults in California who need more structure than a weekly 1:1 hour, but cannot drive to 580 Broadway in Laguna Beach three to five days a week.
Most people arrive with more than one diagnosis. Our clinicians hold trauma, personality patterns, depression, anxiety, OCD, and substance use in one plan rather than sending you to separate tracks.
You join the room on video. The evening stays in your own house.
How virtual IOP works
Schedule, format, and video setup.
Virtual IOP runs on Dr. Courtney Tracy's three-part clinical model: somatic care for the body, cognitive analysis for the mind, and psychoanalytic work for the history underneath. You meet with licensed clinicians and facilitators on video instead of sitting in the Broadway suite.
